About the Event
All farmers and those in the agricultural industry are welcome to join ASHEEP at our annual Spring Field Day. Join us as we tour around farms and hear from expert speakers, before heading back to Lucky Bay Brewery for drinks and pizza. Don’t forget to bring your best nods for a chance at winning a 500kg bag of Alosca.
9:00AM - Meet at Lucky Bay Brewery & depart bus
Meet at the Lucky Bay Brewery carpark for a quick welcome before we travel via bus around local farming properties. Tim Watts, Chair of WA Livestock Research Council will be hosting the bus. Don’t be late, the bus won’t wait.

· Crowning of the Nod Champion – winning a 500kg Bag of Alosca
· Networking and pizza thanks to Rabobank
BIOSECUIRTY
Please observe farm biosecurity and arrive in clean boots & clothes. If you do need to travel by car, please ensure that the underside of your vehicle is clean. Try to avoid driving through pastures – stick to farm tracks and roads.
LUNCH & DINNER Lunch and pizza during the afternoon drinks is provided, if you have any allergies or dietary requirements please make note when you register.
What to Bring
Wet weather gear / hat / suncream, we go rain or shine and there's no shelter in the paddock.
Personal Accessibility
Please note that this field day will be in paddocks on farms which will likely include uneven / soft / rough terrain. A portable toilet will be towed around from site to site, but it is on the back of a trailer and there are steps to reach it. If you have accessibility requirements and need something additional for you to safely attend the event, please call ASHEEP on the number below and we will endeavour to find a solution.
COVID-19
Due to COVID-19 we are asking everyone to register and sign in on the day so that we can keep track of who was there in the case that contact tracing needs to occur. Please observe social distancing where possible. We will have hand sanitiser available on the portable toilet.
